How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipment costs are calculated using UPS Live Rates if all item(s) in your cart are able to be shipped by UPS, meaning that there are no weight or size restrictions, and the item(s) are not being drop-shipped direct from the product manufacturer.

If the shipping amount in your cart reads “TBD” during checkout, then shipping cannot be calculated online for the item(s) in your cart due to size, weight or other restrictions. You will be contacted by a Brock representative by email regarding the shipping charges for your order, in addition to any special details about the shipping method. You must approve the shipping costs with a reply to that email before your credit card will be charged and your order shipped. Thank you!
